$60 Live rock and sand
I have 25lbs of live rock and 25lbs of live sand that has been established for a yr in a half in my 75g. Lots of pods, some green mushrooms and a piece of frogspawn for $100. http://chico.craigslist.org/for/852995098.html

Need to break down the tank. last price drop $60. If no takers I am going to dry out the rock and save it for the next tank.

Honestly used Sand is really not worth anything. People give it away for free all the time. You may want to see if one of your LFS will give you $50-$60 for the LR
