Flame Scallop
I just got a red flame scallop. It has been nice so far, it positioned itself close to the front of the tank to be watched. I was just wondering if anyone has been able to keep these alive for a while. I was told that they are hard to keep (after I bought it of course)...

I wanted to get one of these as well but i know nothing about them and i heard something about you have to be lucky to keep them alive. let me know if you think they are worth it

They need LOTS of Phytofeast, an established fuge helps as well. The longest I have kept one was for a little over a year.

Thats a great link. I should have checked into it a little better. Sometimes, I just see something different and buy it w/o looking into it. LOL.. I need to study sometimes!
