Hot Aquarium? Ranco Single-Stage Temp Controller - $49
I also posted this on CL for some silly reason and not here. Having an aquarium heating problem? This may be part of your answer!!! I’m selling a slightly-used, Ranco Single-Stage Temperature Controller in its original box!!! Retails for around $100. You can digitally set the set point temperature in Celsius or Fahrenheit, then whether in heating of cooling mode, and then choose the degrees to which you wish the designated device to change to (i.e. set to chill at 82F and want it to drop to 79F then the final set point would be '3': 82F-79F.) I ended up getting an aquacontroller II to control my chiller and no longer need this one. I still have one operating on my 29 gallon tank operating a fan to keep the tank cool. Great if you have a faulty heater that always comes on, a chiller, or simply a temperature controlled fan to aid in cooling - especially this time of year!!! Picture of a example can be found here:

No problem Bob! I'll hold it around for a while unless no offense someone else comes up with the cash and desire. Generally, when things are posted online the rule of thumb as I understand it is unless a reasonable timeframe for payment can be arranged, the first one to arrive with cash wins.
