July Club Meeting
Hey reefers Julys meeting is around the corner. I have confirmed Ed Fernandez to speak at the meeting. I made a flyer that I will hang in my shop and hopfully get it into the other LFS in town. I would do this myself but I am pretty busy. Maybe someone can swing buy and post them up at the other shops. should be a great meeting. Also he needs hook ups for his laptop to the tv for power point . Can someone see to this please. This is what the flyer says. Chico Reef Club Presents Ed Fernandez Come join us at the next Chico Reef Club meeting July 11th 2008. The meetings are held at Mountain Mikes Pizza located at 1722 Mangrove Ave # 28, The meeting starts at 7:00 pm and seating is limited so get there early to get a good seat. Ed Fernandez is currently the western regional rep for Brightwell Aquatics. Ed has over 28 years experience in the aquatic industry. He has been involved in many aspects of the aquarium hobby such as product & livestock distribution, aquarium service industry, manufacturing, and retail. Ed has worked with many of the top aquarium industries like Marineland, Island Aquarium, Ocean Nutrition, Tropical Science, Red Sea, Eheim, and Brightwell aquatics. Ed is also a contributing writer and speaker to various aquatic organizations and publications.

I will bring an S-Video cable since that is what he will need to transmit video. I'm assuming he won't need audio for his presentation but could bring a speaker setup capable of playing audio if need be. let me know!

Yeah? I was up at my grandpa's place next to feather river hospital yesterday and I couldn't breath...

its gnarly out right now. i can barely see the mobile at the other side of the field.

i'm leaving on Sat. for a few weeks, it will be nice to get into some fresh air.

Is family staying home or what are you doing with the tanks?

Shannon is staying to work, I'm taking the girls to Shaver Lake (left of fresno) to go camping for 10 or 11 days then i get back, sleep 1 night and head off to the Jeepers Jamboree on the Rubicon for the next week. i think i get back the 28th or 29th. im not sure. the tanks will be well taken care of, plus i know everyone is just a cell phone away if needed.

Sounds good! I love shaver lake! I used to go there with family when I was younger! I'm sure it will be. There's not much that needs to be done and we're all a call away too.
