Clue one says 4 hour PLANE ride. Then you make references about starting from Chico. I dont belive Chico planes have any 4 hour flights. Four hour drive? Yosemite??? ( cool place, LOTS of people, Lots of things to see)

well it was indeed a 4 hour plane ride from sacramento, the reference was in regards to disneyland guess, which even from saramento it would be a 6-7 hour drive. Good guesses by all but not quite there yet. Clue #4: With most everything spread out in this unknown place, it took me a while to realize this wasn't a state.

Washington DC? I suppose if you get a direct flight an one hell of a tailwind you could make it there in four hours. Hmm... That being said there are several 'states' that are not as they are Commonwealths: VA, KY, MA, and PA oh and DC. I don't think you can make it to Puerto Rico or the Northern Mariana Islands in four hours.
