So pipe it so that the 90 goes into the 40 (frag tank) into the sump. You can never have enough tanks right?
Spoken like a true Reef addict hahahaha!!
Matt, what is your max demen. you can fit for a sump?

Come on Rob you can do better then that. You should have just listed the tanks that a 40 would fit under.

hahaha you guys are great... You can never have enough tanks but you can run out of room!
I'll get the max dimensions for you tomorrow morning (Thurs) Rob, I know I can do better than a 29 but I don't know what's in a three foot that's not quite as deep (front to back.)
I would actually love to setup the 40 as well but don't have the time/space/money to do that right now.

ok so finally was able to measure the dimensions... I have an area of about 43''x 13'' front to back x 15'' high to work with.... this should be interesting to find something in that size range... in reinforcing the bottom and top of the stand I lost a lot of height room.

Unless you want a small sump you may have to go custom or buy an acrylic sump. A 20 long looks like the only stock size that will work.

What about a 30 non breeder? I think I could make that work in that section. THe 15 is just an estimate.

You need about 17" for the 30 + extra to empty your skimmer and get in/out of the sump.

I'll have to measure more accurately then.. PM me on a custom sump price with similar dimensions if you can rob. I don't care if it's glass or acrylic.

I still have an anemone waiting for a home. School, Work, doesn't the tank come first.

Sorry about that Brian! I would love to take that guy off your hands :) The new tank wont be for at least another two weeks when I get a paycheck. I've been between two jobs and the last paycheck didn't coincide with the pay period of the new job so essentially no $$ flow for 3 weeks which taps the reef budget out for now :P The budget will be back up and running here soon and I'll be good to go! Just need the funds and the plumbing and all will be setup :D
