Zoo eating NUDIS!!!!!! i just picked a half dozen of these bastages from my zoos while the power was out. i can manually pick out the bigguns but what do the eggs look like?
i have a fair amount of zoos and would like to keep it that way. the last thing i need are more bugs.
heres one of the little f%&^ers
Josh the best thing to do is to get some Flat worm exit or FW controll and dip your zoas once a week for about 3-4 weeks. This way you will kill any new hatchlings before they can lay more eggs. There is no medication out yet that kills the eggs. You use about 6-8 drops per gallon and dip for 5-10 min. swishing the colonies around in the dip water every so often to knock off the nudi's.

Boy, these bugs are getting around... yesterday, I spotted a live nudibranch for the first time; a yellow-brown one near the zoas at a LFS.
Went home, and while checking on my tank, saw a hermit annoy a zoa colony.... and a bright green nudi emerged! Couldn't find any more of them tho, nor any eggs. Can't imagine I got by that easily however.
Both slugs were the same color as the zoas they were near/among... do these bugs change colors to match their diet?

Yep, they turn whatever color of the zoas they are eating at that time. This makes them very hard to see.

yep, mine were orange on orange and purple on purple.
